I am already having a good day because I know I can start over at any time. I can breath and get through anything because I am courageous today.

HI!
I have been very sad for a while but I am keeping my chin up today.

I am going to Olympia to take care of business and hang out with people I love.
Life is good today, that is all ;-)

Preface: James and I have made a commitment of sorts to try out 2-3 new recipes (without altering them) each week in an effort to find more yummy, from scratch foods that we like to eat. So here is one of the recipes that we made that I (was doubtful about but) liked and James was so-so (not his favorite)

Pork with Sauerkraut and Tomato )
So all in all I thought this would be gross. It is actually a little like American sweet and sour pork without the battering and deep frying. Tasty stuff
